POLICY FOR BOOKING and RULES OF THE HOUSE

 

Minimun staying: 3 nights.

Booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, equal to 30% of the total.
The amount of the deposit must be paid by bank transfer. In the purpose of payment kindly enter the reservation number that you will find in the email confirming availability and the reference period. The balance must be paid cash at the check-in time.
You would be asked for a deposit of € 100,00 , which will be returned in full at the end of the stay if no damage to furniture and furnishings are found.
In case of cancellation within 30 days from the date of the holiday you'll be refunded the full amount paid as deposit (no cancellation fees). Cancellations received within 10 days of the start of the stay will result in a 50% refund of the amount paid.  After this deadline, you will not be entitled to any refund.
In case of early departure, and therefore non-use of all or part of the stay already paid, there is no right to any refund of the amount.
The apartment is available from 3 to 5 p.m.  on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11  a.m.  on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
No smoking and no pets are allowed, unless otherwise agreed.
Housekeeping (initial and final) are included in the price.

The kitchen has to be cleaned by the occupants before leaving the apartment;  if this is not carried out, 30 Euros will be deducted from the deposit. 
All supplies  are included.
The payment of the deposit by bank transfer constitutes acceptance of the rules listed above. For anything not specifically mentioned, reference is made to the articles of Italian Codice Civile.
